Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within Cape Town and selected surrounding areas in the Western Cape.
If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Fee
A standard delivery fee of R85 applies to all orders unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Times
We recommend placing orders at least 24 hours in advance.
For same-day delivery requests, please contact us directly before placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, same-day delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Please ensure that the recipient's name, address, and contact number are entered correctly at checkout.
Alice in Bloom cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect delivery information.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver will attempt to contact them using the details provided.
If a second delivery attempt is required, an additional delivery fee may apply.
